On Sunday October 13, after the Eucharistic celebration at the Armenian Patriarchal Cathedral of the Holy Mother of God, led by Patriarchal Governor (Değabah) Bishop Sahak Mashalyan, the charity meal of Bezciyan School took place.
During the celebration, Bishop Mashalyan was assisted by Rev. Antreas Hagopyan. Deacons and chorists of the parish accompanied the service. The hymns were performed by Koğtan Choir, led by maestro Hovsep Kuyumcuyan.
During the celebration, Bishop Sahak Mashalian preached in Turkish where the prominent philanthropists of the Armenian community and a crowded faithful community were present. “God has repeatedly given us the opportunity to share what He has given us. In fact, everything that belongs to us is given to us by God’s grace, also our ancestors who have stayed with us; because they have shared all the values that their ancestors have give to them; and that we must live by sharing these values and helping each other” said Bishop Mashalyan.
After the ceremony, the community was gathered around the charity meal in the Ğazaz Amira.
