The traditional festival was organized on Sunday, September 29th at Kalfayan Orphanage garden, with the collaboration of Turkey’s Armenian minority associations.
The festival which attracted great interest and participation.
Armenian Patriarchal Locum Tenens Bishop Sahak Mashalyan also joined the festivities. The playgrounds prepared for children and young people, concert platform, shopping stands and food and beverage stands attracted many participants.
Bishop Mashalyan watched Marab Ayvaz and Ari Barutoğlu’s songs, and also Hagop Güleç’s Avantagan dance group with interest. He emphasized the importance of the unity of minority associations. He expressed his wish to realize many important organizations with this spirit of cooperation and thanked all those who contributed.
