“History of the Armenian settlements in the West” seminar was given within the scope of the cultural events series offered by the Armenian Catholic Archdiocese.
In this first seminar with the presentation of Archbishop Levon Zekiyan, topics such as the origins of the terms “Colony and Diaspora”, the first Armenian migration to India with military purposes, the first migration to Rome during the Great Tigran period, the early Middle Ages, the massif and impressive presence of Armenians in the Byzantine period, Armenian kings, generals, Italy and the Armenian saints were discussed.
It is announced that the seminars will continue with different topics.
