Christmas celebrations took place at the Ecumenical Patriarchate under the auspices of Patriarch Bartholomew I.
The chorus chanting the Christmas hymns was listened to with great interest by the participants.
The Eucharistic Celebration started in the yard of the Patriarchal Cathedral of Saint George in Fener in the morning of 25/12/2019. After the mass, many statesmen and clergy visited the Patriarchate for congratulations. Among the visitors, the 85th Elected Patriarch of Armenians in Turkey Sahak II. Mashalyan was also present.
