An unforgettable ceremony was held at the İskenderun Karasun Manuk Armenian Church, due to the Coronavirus pandemic in the Easter of 2020. Father Avedis Tabashyan led the Holy Mass where only his wife and children could attend.
In his sermon, Rev. Tabashyan emphasized the peace and brotherhood. He said: “May the Easter be an occasion to live in peace and fraternally. During this holiday, we are not able be with our community members. As the precautions taken for the epidemic prevent us from being together on this holiday, I hope we will overcome this with good health and the least loss. May this holiday bring peace to all of us.”
