The Feast of Pentecost, celebrated every year on the fiftieth day after Easter took place at the Surp Levon (St. Leon) Armenian Catholic Church in Kadıköy as well as in all of the apostolic churches.
On Sunday, May 20, 2018, at 11: 30, Turkey Armenian Catholic Archbishop Levon Zekiyan presided the holy liturgy; Archpriest Rev. Vartan Kazanciyan, Archpriest Mikail Uçar and Archpriest Abraham Firatyan have assisted the celebration. The ceremony was also attended by the priests and nuns representing the Moda Assomption French Catholic Church.
The Surp Levon Choir animated the celebration with Maestro Arek Dolduryan. The feast of the parish was also celebrated in this occasion.
