While the liturgical area of the İskenderun Annunciation Latin Catholic Church was completely destroyed, the Arsuz Orthodox and İskenderun Orthodox Church also suffered heavy damage from the earthquake.
The Protestant Church of Antakya was destroyed by the earthquake, and the Greek Orthodox Church of Iskenderun was also heavily damaged.
